Anthony is fantastic! I was about to begin posting about my experience, but you beat me to it! My hard drive failed a few days ago, and while I’m thankful it was under warranty, I called Anthony immediately to see if he could retrieve my documents. Since I run my business on my laptop, I didn’t want to lose any time. Best Buy said they’d need my computer for at least a week, but Anthony arrived at my home within a couple of hours and retrieved my documents within minutes.
